(v) Fair Treatments of Customers
The company should not prioritize one party at the expense of the others. They should not bias and provide fair treatment to all customers regardless of their class, status and race.
For example, the company should give equal treatment to all the customers regardless of their purchasing power.
(i) Honesty in Business Dealing
The company’s tendency towards honesty must be reflected in disclosure of business transactions and sale intent through his action, speech and thoughts.
For example, the company should not deceive customers in concealing the defects in the products with the motive of making profits.
(ii) Conscious of Responsibility towards Customers, Society and Environment
Every thought and action taken by the company must be considering the responsibility towards customers, society and environment.
